ScribeNode provides automated audio and video transcription services using GPU-accelerated AI models. Files are uploaded by the user, processed on our private infrastructure, and results are delivered for download.
Uploaded files are stored temporarily for processing purposes only. All uploaded files and generated transcriptions are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing. We do not share, sell, or use your files for any purpose other than providing the requested transcription.
You may only upload files that you own or have explicit permission to transcribe. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and privacy regulations.
Transcriptions are generated by AI models and may contain errors. ScribeNode does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should review and verify transcriptions before relying on them for critical purposes.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, MercadoPago). All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases where the service fails to deliver a result due to a technical error on our end.
Purchased credits are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unused credits expire after the stated validity period and are non-refundable. Credits are non-transferable.
ScribeNode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccurate transcriptions, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
